MV Lowered / Adjustable Passenger Footrest for BMW S1000R and S1000RR up to 2019 - not suitable for Akrapovic exhaust
With the new footrest adapter from MV Verholen for your BMW , your wish has been granted!
With so many adjusting positions the possibilities are endless!
The adapter in its basic form fits 98% of all motorcycle models.
The adapter brings a lowering of the footrests 40 mm or further out.
The basic adapter can be mounted upwards or downwards - the choice is yours!
This results in a natural ergonomic for a healthier seat position.
The adapter is mounted using a M-10 screw, making it absolutely stable and secure. The footrests can be mouned further forward and under for comfortable riding or further back for racing style positioning. At long last, the passenger finally has a say in thier own seating position.
A spacing adapter is available should you need to bridge your exhaust on lower positioning.
The kit includes the spacing adapter / balancing piece for motorcycle models that must bridge the exhaust. This version is somewhat more expensive, but necessary because of the exhaust issue.
This new adjustable adapter replace the old expensive, rigid adapters of the past. The purchase of a new motorcycle no longer means changing kits. The kit can be transferred to the new bike.
As with all MV adjustable kits, the footrest adapter makes for a quick change. With a little hand work and an Allen key, the adapter can be adjusted from low to high or high to low. Finding the optimal position is easy.
Don't forget.
Lowering footpegs means less room to lean the bike. That means, you can scrape your pegs. Since this kit is adjustable, you can find your own optimal position.
The advantage of these MV adapters is that the original footrest remains.
All MV accessories were assembled and tested at original motorcycles - without foreign modifications.
