BMW R1200GS LC Carbon Fiber Front Fender

The front fender has slightly been redesigned in the rear area and also designed a little bit longer to minimize the degree of pollution, especially, in connection with the enlarged lower carbon engine cover (MSU.016.GS12L.K) the splash guard in direction to the motor is significantly increased.

The weight of this front fender is only about 260 grams!

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts.

Like all Ilmber carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to include all aspects of current "best of industry" practice.

The part is completely made of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all Ilmberger carbon parts, they use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.

Because it is made from high quality carbon fiber, it is also very durable.
